2) Then read Troubleshooting section of Help. There we listed the solutions of 90% of the problems you may encounter.
3) Try asking on our forum at forums.vistaglance.com There is a big community which is always ready to help you.
4) At last, if nothing helps, fill in the form below or simply write an email to support@vistaglance.com (less likely due to problems connected with spam and spam filtering).
Important! How to write support request?
We will be able to help you only if all of these requirements would be observed.
1) Please tell us your name, email and order number (if you are registered user ).
2) Please tell us the hardware and OS you use.
3) Please describe your problem in detail. Please provide us with as much information as you can. Requests like "your program didn't work" or "program fails at startup" or "I can't download it" will not help us to solve your problem at all. Please do your best to give us the whole picture of the problem.
